We asked Sarah,
In your own opinion, what is your most dangerous weapon?
Her answer……My most dangerous weapon is my smile!! I am always smiling and will make friends with my opponents before the fight.
A lot of girls aren’t capable of switching over in the ring. I might drop you in the ring, then hug you and be your best friend after we bow out of the ring.
If it isn’t my smile, then I’d have to say my foot. I’ve broken ribs, cracked eye sockets and busted lips with these pedicured feet !
So as far as women in the martial arts go…… Errrrr Look out !

Chloe Bruce, Martial arts female high kicker to record breaking bed maker !!!
Just Awesome !
Thanks to Tiffany Maddox for the article below:
The lovely Chloe Bruce has been featured on the new Cadbury’s advert for the Spots V Stripes campaign. Obviously we know that Chloe is famed for her impressive world record breaking high kicks but she actually currently holds another record… for the world’s fastest bed maker. No really! You can watch her break the record here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T583JCkkbGs
To give you a bit of background information this is basically to celebrate their sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympics, Cadbury Spots v Stripes has launched a season of races, inviting members of the public to set and break world records at everyday things like mouse scrolling and tea making.
We thought this was the perfect opportunity to gather a few of the world’s fastes people, a couple of celebrities and some video bloggers together, divide them into two teams (Spots and Stripes – obviously!) and under the watchful eye of some official Guinness World Records Adjudicators we filmed them racing off to be the first ever record holders. It appears that YouTubers love chocolate so we hand picked the best rising viral video stars to participate.
Toilet rolls were unravelled, tea bags thrown and duvets were stuffed as challengers Katy Brand and AmazingPhil battled against actual athlete Roger Black and martial arts expert Chloe Bruce for records like ‘The World’s Fastest Bed Maker’ and ‘The World’s Fastest Cup of Tea’. (If you want to find out what the toilet roll was all about you’ll have to check out the video below)

Brazilian Jiu Jutsu a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.
It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defense.
Both females and males can take part…..meet LIZZY CROWLEY HERE
